Noweka’s Night Imaging Technology Division (NITD) began in 2013 with the purchase and merger of several CMOS and thermal Imaging companies in Asia. The acquisition of these electronic and optical businesses provided Noweka with valuable technical developments. This experience with CMOS Image cameras, embedded Linux systems, and thermal Imaging Core technologies dates back to 2008. The technology acquired during this period became the cornerstone for Noweka’s superior technology and advanced manufacturing processes.

Noweka’s Night Imaging Technology division (NITD) develops, manufactures and supports electro-optical technologies, including advanced uncooled thermal imaging, and CMOS imaging solutions for industrial, security, public safety and firefighting purposes, as well as for man-portable, automotive, and maritime applications.
